On the Costa del Sol, prices vary according to the season, adjusting to demand and weather conditions. From the lively high season to the quiet low season, and the pleasant mid-season, you will find rates tailored to your needs.

Booking Conditions
Booking and stay conditions
Reserva
To confirm the booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid. This payment is non-refundable.
The remaining balance must be paid 140 days before the arrival date.
Security deposit
The guest must pay a security deposit of €500, which may be paid on the day of arrival by:
Cash payment.
Bank transfer, provided it is effective on the check-in date or, at least, 5 days before arrival.
The security deposit will be refunded once the property has been checked, by bank transfer, within a maximum period of 7 business days after the check-out date.
Included
The stay includes bed linen, shower towels, and 1 pool towel per guest.
Additional services available upon request:

Set of towels: €10
Extra bed linen: €15
Children and extra beds
Up to 2 cots are available upon request, free of charge.
Up to 3 extra beds are available upon request.
The supplement per extra bed will be:
Low season: €30 per night and per person.
High season: €50 per night and per person.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in time: from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
Subject to availability, early check-in or late check-out may be requested. This service is subject to prior request and may involve an additional charge.
Cancellations
The amount paid as a booking deposit, corresponding to 50% of the total amount, is non-refundable.
In the event of force majeure, illness, or duly justified hospitalization, the guest may modify the dates of the stay or request a voucher for a future booking.
House Rules:
- No pets allowed.
- Music outside is permitted until 11 pm.
- It is mandatory to shower before using the pool.
- Do not use glassware in the pool area.
- Trash: At the beginning of the street is the nearest disposal area, on Calle Diego Jiménez Lima. There are three types of waste collection: glass, plastic, and general waste. Please do not accumulate trash, as it is a rural area. Trash collection on the day of departure incurs a charge of 20€.
- Please use electricity responsibly. Turn off lights and electronic devices every time you leave the house.
- Respect and care for the property.
- Respect and consideration for neighbors.
- Please inform us of any issues with the property during your stay, especially regarding the pool, in case of any anomalies.
- YOU ARE IN A DROUGHT-PRONE AREA, PLEASE USE WATER RESPONSIBLY.
