On the Costa del Sol, prices vary according to the season, adjusting to demand and weather conditions. From the lively high season to the quiet low season, and the pleasant mid-season, you will find rates tailored to your needs.

Booking Conditions
Reservation: (50%) Non-refundable.
Remaining payment: 1 month before arrival.

The client must pay a deposit of €400 on the day of arrival:

. By bank transfer (provided it is effective on the entry date, 5 days before arrival).
The deposit will be refunded once the house is checked, via bank transfer, and will be returned within 7 business days after the departure date.
Includes: Sheets and towels for shower.
Additional options: Pool towels: €5, Extra towels: €5, Towel set: €10, Sheets: €15.
Children
Availability of up to 2 cribs, upon request at no additional cost.
Extra beds: 3
Low season: €30 per night per person. High season: €50 per night per person.
Availability of 3 extra beds.
Timetables
Check-in time: 4 pm.
From 10 pm onwards, there is a supplement of €60.
If available, check-in can be done from 12 pm to 2 pm with a supplement of €100.
Check-out time: 8 am – 12 am
Departures before 8.00 am have a supplement of 50€
If available, late check-out can be done:
From 12 to 14: 100€.
from 14 to 16: 150€
from 16 to 18: 200€
from 18 to 20: 250€
Cancellations
The reservation (50%) is non-refundable.
In case of force majeure, illness, or hospitalization, the guest may modify the date or request a voucher for a future stay.
House Rules:
- No pets allowed.
- Music outside is permitted until 11 pm.
- It is mandatory to shower before using the pool.
- Do not use glassware in the pool area.
- Trash: At the beginning of the street is the nearest disposal area, on Calle Diego Jiménez Lima. There are three types of waste collection: glass, plastic, and general waste. Please do not accumulate trash, as it is a rural area. Trash collection on the day of departure incurs a charge of 20€.
- Please use electricity responsibly. Turn off lights and electronic devices every time you leave the house.
- Respect and care for the property.
- Respect and consideration for neighbors.
- Please inform us of any issues with the property during your stay, especially regarding the pool, in case of any anomalies.
- YOU ARE IN A DROUGHT-PRONE AREA, PLEASE USE WATER RESPONSIBLY.
